Fit RiGHT! 360 Advance

Our Fit RiGHT! 360 Advanced classes will create and maintain the highest levels of fitness. The beginner and intermediate classes will prepare you for these high intensity workouts.

You will receive quality instruction with efficient programming to dramatically improve your overall health and fitness. We will cover nutrition, cardio, flexibility, balance, strength, power, endurance and more.

You will train with us three days a week and we’ll tell you what to do on the other days of the week.

You can choose from the Monday, Wednesday, Friday class or the Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday class.

If you want the guidance of a personal trainer in a small group general fitness setting, Fit RiGHT! 360 is as good as it gets!
