In this setting, you will work one-on-one with a Fit RiGHT! trainer in your home. We will build an effective program for you to do without having to travel to a gym. We can build a program without any fitness equipment! The Fit RiGHT! trainer can guide you on what inexpensive fitness equipment can help enhance your at home training. Our trainers will also utilize any equipment you may have to ensure you are getting the most out of your past fitness investments. The trainer can meet with you once, twice, or three times a week depending on your needs and goals.
