
Our Fit RiGHT! 360 Intermediate classes will give you a comprehensive workout to improve all areas of fitness in a small group setting. At this level, your body is ready to begin more difficult strength and power exercises that will prepare you for the Fit RiGHT! 360 Advanced classes. Our trainers are careful and will progress each class member according to his or her unique needs. That is why we keep the classes small.
You will receive quality instruction with efficient programming to dramatically improve your overall health and fitness. We will cover nutrition, cardio, flexibility, balance, strength, power, endurance and more.
You will train with us three days a week and we'll tell you what to do on the other days of the week.
You can choose from the Monday, Wednesday, Friday class or the Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday class.
If you want the guidance of a personal trainer in a small group general fitness setting, Fit RiGHT! 360 is as good as it gets!
