Small Group Fitness Classes
Our Fit RiGHT! 360 classes will give you a comprehensive workout to improve all areas of fitness in a small group setting. You will train with us three days a week and we'll tell you what to do on the other days of the week.

Do you want to train effectively for that event you have always wanted to do? We'll help you do that. We will program your workouts with proper progression and periodization so you can reach your goals on race day! We will work with you to optimize your nutrition, technique, and race strategy too.
