This is what we expect when starting prescription physical therapy programs but is so often overlooked in personal training. The accuracy of how movements are performed and attention or avoidance of high risk positions of exercises, such as above 90 degrees with shoulder/neck patients are healthy choices for his clientele. He is an educated motivator with fitness and detailed in all areas.

2009-10-22 - I'm happy, energetic, fit, and I look and feel good! This is what most people want in life - to truly enjoy the world around them, but when I felt uncomfortable with my body and tired all the time, it made life much less enjoyable. Having a trainer who understands my goals and programs a system for me that not only helps me reach my goal, but makes it enjoyable is no less than a miracle. Also, there is something amazing about fitting into your favorite old pair of jeans you never thought you would wear again. I had my pair hidden in the back of my closet with the other clothes I refused to get rid of just because they didn't fit. These clothes are now at the front of my closet again. I have a very busy schedule so the money I spent NOT going to the gym was ridiculous. Now, I not only work out 3 times a week and enjoy it, I have a personal trainer who specifically understands my needs and wants and programs my sessions to target my goal areas. On top of all that, the session are very reasonably priced, especially for the results I'm getting. - Val
